Shipping Policy

Shipping rates:
Automatically calculated by weight and distance for both ground advantage & priority mail cubic - your choice at check out
10lb+ or items needing a box instead of a mailer: you will be quoted a price

We ship daily Tuesday - Saturday. No shipments are typically sent on Sunday and Monday. Fedex pickups are 24-48 hours in advance Tuesday-Friday.

Processing times vary from 2-5 business days Tuesday - Saturday.

Most items on the website allow for calculated rate shipping, which allows a rate as close to exact as possible (normally within $0.50-$1). This will vary from $4.xx-$13.xx based on the total cost of your order.

In some cases when the website cannot determine a rate, it will automatically adjust to “free/exact you will be tagged”. This will allow for a manual quote. You will be emailed or tagged via Facebook for this payment.

In cases where shipping payment overage is in excess of $1, it will be returned to you via refund in whole dollar increments.

Larger or heavier items, (such as blankets, tumblers, stuffed animals, fidget toys, backpacks and more) often have their own rates based on the size and weight of those items due to needing a box. This may cause you to owe additional shipping (up to exact) on your order. 

Also, when mixing larger, smaller, ready to ship, or preorder items together, the automatic calculations may be incorrect.

If you feel the calculation is incorrect, you may use the discount code “exact” which will give you free shipping for your order, and the rate will be calculated for you. You will be tagged to pay that cost.

In short, you will only owe shipping on your package within $1 of the actual cost. You will be tagged or emailed if you owe additional shipping costs.

Drop Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to flat rate shipping, or exact within $1 when flat rate shipping cannot be automatically calculated via the website.

Please make one order per customer, and input their info into the "ship to" section when checking out. It also helps if you put "ship to customer" in the notes box. Please do not add their phone number or email address - these should be yours!

Return address on the package will read "Boutique Warehouse" with my address.

Hive Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, fraud, scam, chargeback orders from your customers, or otherwise incorrect package labels as addressed based on your order confirmation. Be sure all is correct when placing your order.
