It is preferred if you do not combine preorder & ready to ship items in the same order. However, if you do, the system will automatically double the shipping costs because it is expecting two shipments (one for ready to ship and one for preorder).

If you want them to ship separately - please place two separate orders or pay the "double" shipping costs to account for two shipments.

If you want them to ship together - please place one order and use discount code "exact" this will give you free shipping on your order and you will be tagged for the exact costs once the entire order ships together.
