Sales Tax

Each state has their own rules and regulations regarding charging, collecting, and remitting sales tax. Here at Hive Supply, we are wholesalers, which means that we do not have to charge you sales tax if you can provide the proper documentation that you resell the products and therefore collect the sales tax yourself from the end consumer - your customers.

But if you do not or can not provide that information, we may need to collect sales tax from you to follow your state guidelines. This may apply to people who only give items away or keep items for themselves, which makes you the end consumer.

If you wish to be marked tax exempt and have an active sales tax permit in your state, please email wshivesupply@gmail.com and we will mark it in the system for you. Any questions can be directed there as well.
